Our factory has set up four process production workshop including "Stamping, Welding, Painting and Assembly" as well as an experienced R&D team. Adopting the industry's advanced OTC welding robot for welding, and own other high standard equipment like bending machine, grinding machine, milling machine, wire cutting machine etc. Painting workshop with pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis and a stoving varnish line. The assembly workshop has 4 advanced assembly lines, which fully realizes the modern production process. We can achieve an annual output of 100, 000 set electric tricycles.
We do have a professional QC team and perfect quality management system with ISO9001 certification so as to ensure that every tricycle produced is safe and reliable, providing excellent security for consumers' travel.
