Rolled Ring CapabilitiesOur forging facility is equipped with a 6,000-ton press, enabling us to produce seamless rolled rings of various diameters ranging from 300 millimeters to 8,000 millimeters. This capability significantly reduces delivery time as there is no need for pre-forging on open die presses. Additionally, we can provide additional processing services such as machining and heat treatment.

Xinlong has its own heat treatment facility, machining center, and quality inspection laboratory. With our extensive metallurgical expertise and state-of-the-art equipment, we can provide the mechanical properties you require. Our in-house machining facility offers cost-effective solutions and adheres to the highest quality standards. The independent quality inspection laboratory is capable of conducting mechanical, chemical, and metallographic testing.
