Sample needs 2-3 days, Container Production Time needs 2-3 weeks

Any PCS Order Q'ty should be welcomed at any time.
A4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

First, Let us know your requirements or application.

A6. Can you print the clients LOGO on the lamps and Cartons?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Yes, generally speaking, we supply 2/3/5 years warranty for your selecting.
A8: How to deal with the faulty?
First, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
Second, Generally speaking, we will send you some parts free with your order shipping at the beginning, free parts including some PCS LED Chips and some PCS LED Drivers, in case, the goods has a little problem and you can change it in time. Of course, If the products have big problem about the quality, pls send some pictures and videos for our reference and our engineers will analyze all the details of the quality problem carefully, we will replace them or refund if the problems are really caused by us. In a words, we must try our best to supply you best after-selling service at any time.
