1. 100% PTFE substrate is made of 450den(500dtex) filament fiber (yarn) using the plain weave.
Warp and weft density of fabric can be designed according to the requirement of the filtrationmedium.For example,warp:140 threads/10cm, weft:140 thrads/10cm(140g/m2).
Warp and weft strength: above 1000N.
