Bagasse (sugarcane bagasse)is the residue after sugar cane processing. The dried bagasse can be used for animal feed, papermaking, etc. Because of the high calorific value of dried bagasse, it can be made as biomass pellet for fuel and can be also used as activated carbon after carbonization.
However, after heated, the bagasse will become more viscous. The bagasse dryer developed by our company uses roller drying technology to solve the problems of the bagasse easy to stick and scorch before of its viscosity during drying process. It not only can be used to dry bagasse, but also can be used to dry fruit residue, sugar beet residue, starch residue, corn residue, soybean residue, medicine residue and other materials with high moisture and viscosity.

Our sawdust dryer can be used for drying wood chips, sawdust,wood powder, wood shavings, bark, and can also for corn straw, soybean straw, cotton stalk, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, mulberry leaves and other biomass materials.
