Autoclave Industrial for Laminated Glass is developed after series of experimental researches in addition to adopting the advantages of similar products from home country and aboard. It is originated by us and patented by the government.
Product Details
Glass Autoclave is used to autoclave laminated glass made by film method. The sandwiched film glass is put in the autoclaves. Under high pressure and temperature, the film melts. After being cooled, the film and glass get cohesive to become laminated glass. The Glass Autoclave is the critical equipment in glass further processing industry which making conventional sandwiched glass, or high resistant penetration sandwiched glass, for automobile industries, aerospace industry and architectural decoration industry. We are capable of producing many series glass autoclaves, ∅1.65m, ∅2m, ∅2.5m, ∅2.85m, ∅3m, ∅3.2m, ∅3.5m, ∅3.6m, ∅4.2m and so on. Length of the equipment can be made subject to customer's request.
The Glass Autoclaves are manufactured on advanced production assembly line by fully automatic welders. All pressurized parts undergo X-ray inspection. Advance inspection technology applies contributes to high quality products. The equipment is highly automatic and complete with alarm for overheat or overpressure. It features high safety and operator-friendliness.
Glass Autoclave consists of two parts:
1. Autoclave proper: horizontal pressure vessels, available with electric door opener, cooling system, stirring apparatus and safety interlock device. There are also an annular air duct and U-type channel arranged in the autoclave.
2. Two automatic control systems: one is manual control system and the other one is computer control system, through which the door (open/close) and manufacturing process could be controlled. There is a primary instrument installed on autoclave to adjust temperature and pressure according to production process.
