Design soundproof and wear resistant vinyl spc flooring
1) Waterproof and moistureproof
As the main component of SPC is stone powder, it has good performance in water and will not mildew under high humidity.
2) Flame retardant
Toxic fumes and gases burned 95% of the victims in the fire, according to authorities. The fire rating of SPC floor is NFPA ClassB. It is flame retardant, will not self ignitation, automatically extinguish the flame within
5 seconds, and will not produce toxic substances of harmful gases.
3) Formaldehyde free
SPC is a high quality stone powder and PVC resin, without benzene, formaldehyde, heavy metals and other harmful substances.
4) No heavy metal, no lead salt
The stabilizer of SPC is calcium, zinc, lead-free salt and heavy metal.
5) Dimensional stability
Exposure to 80 ° C for 6 hours - shrinkage ≤ 0.1%; bending ≤ 0.2mm
6) High wear resistance
SPC floor has a transparent wear-resistant layer, and its rotation speed is more than 10000 revolutions.
7) Superfine antiskid
SPC floor has special anti-skid and wear-resistant layer on the floor. Compared with ordinary floor, SPC floor has higher friction when it is wet.
8) Low requirement of bottom layer
