Workpiece type
This workpiece is the case of the optical lens, which needs to be equipped with optical components in the middle, with high precision requirements. The figure includes the lens barrels, focusing barrels and lens covers.
Machining Characteristics
1.Lathe rough turning, and stock is left out.
2.Aging treatment to remove the cutting stress in the workpiece.
3.Lathe finish machining, with dimensions machined to the requirements, cylindricity of installation positions of internal optical components is within 0.007mm, and concentricity within 0.01mm.
4. Finish milling of inside and outside the workpiece is done by 4+1 axis machining center, and the position accuracy and perpendicularity shall be within 0.02mm.
5.Laser engraving on lens barrels and focusing barrels
Surface Treatment
Sand blasting 320# + Black anodizing + blue oxidation + laser carving, meeting the requirements of environmental protection
Inspection
The places where accuracy is required meet the requirements of drawing, and the flatness and perpendicularity are within 0.02mm, and cylindricity 0.007mm , and concentricity 0.01mm. It is tested with CMM, and reports of finished products from CMM are generated.
After assembly, the focusing is ensured to be smooth and accurate.

Steel: blackening, bluing, chromium plating, nickel plating, black zinc plating, color zinc plating, white zinc plating, paint copper: gold plating, silver plating, blackening, passivation, etc.
8. Lead Time for Samples
It takes about 15 days for production, depending on the product.
9. Lead Time for Formal Orders
It's determined according to order quantity and other requirements.

Normally, T/T 30% is to be prepaid and balance paid before shipment for the first order, or decided by negotiation.

0.1-150 KG: DHL air freight is prioritized.
