No matter how long time u have bought our productions, u can contact us for after-service.
In the warranty period, the broken spare parts will be sent to you free.
Beyond the warranty period, you only need to pay for spare parts.
If necessary, the enginers available to service machinery overseas.
Q:Can you supply some eay -broken spare parts free ?
♦ A: Yes, of course! All SHANYI loaders will have some free spare parts when be sent to customer.

A: We are manufacturer of construction machines, agriculture machines and power press machines. Actually, we produce most of the parts in our own factory for better cost and quality control.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order. Sometimes we have some in stock.
