Propulsion Type Multilayer Composite Plating System
Application
The device is used to coat the outer surface of the round bar material (slender shaft) by passing the bar through it. This system includes an automatic front-feeding device, a plating pre-treatment device, a chrome plating device, an automatic rear-unloading device, a chromatic acid mist recycling device, and an electric control device.
Equipment Main Technical Features
The system is energy saving and environmental protection to make products with the discharge of wastewater chromium free. The washing water still flows into the master groove before and after the workpiece (processing target) is in the groove. Supplement the plating solution for its evaporation and decomposition decrease. The plating tank and circulating tank ventilation are all channeled to chromium mist recycling and purification separation devices. The detained chrome mist and washing water are guided to the main tank to supply for the loss of plating evaporation, which saves energy and at the same time, protects the environment. Chromium mist recycling and purification tower ensure the quality of the purification effect, and at the same time achieve zero discharge of electroplating waste water.
The anode plate distance between the work-pieces is relatively small. The workpiece passes through the imitation anode and moves in with even speed, which guarantees the evenness of the plating coating both in circumferences of the bar or in the direction of the axis of the bar.
The electroplating layer adopts the multi-layer electroplating chrome technology to realize the chrome plating chrome plating technical problem, which greatly improves the electroplating efficiency of the equipment and the corrosion resistance of the chrome layer.
The device adopts two-channel through-plating technology, which can achieve two pieces of a workpiece at the same time through continuous electroplating, greatly improving the efficiency.
The device adopts a special plating process and greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the plated workpiece. The NSS test can reach over 80 hours for 25um thickness plating. For normal plating, it guarantees 120 hours. For special requirements, please make special remarks.

Taking multi-protection measures:
The first layer
The special components with foam film and stretch film are done to avoid moisture.
Second layer
inside of the plywood box, adopting a small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix it.
Third layer
the machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.
Fourth layer
in a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforce between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
