Chx5116 CNC Single Column Vertical Milling and Turning Machine

APPLICATION
Suitable for materials such as various casting irons, steel and alloy, non-ferrous metal, non-metal material, etc. It can carry out turning to inner/exterior cylinder, inner/exterior cone, plane, slot/groove, thread and various rotary curved shaped parts. With function head adopted, the machine can carry out milling/drilling, tec. Processes such as turning/milling/drilling/tapping can be realized by once set-up. Table can carry out constant speed cutting and arbitrary indexing.
Function attachments as per requirement: disc type ATC, in-machine tool setting device, job measuring probe, electric spindle grinding head, etc.
The main performance characteristics:

1. Main fundamental parts adopt high quality casting iron, with thermal symmetrical structure to improve thermal stability.
2. Table adopts high accuracy double row roller bearing in radial for centering; large size ball thrust bearing is adopted in axial for supporting;
3. Table indexing adopts high accuracy dual lead worm for gap elimination.
4. Main drive adopts 2-step mechanic speed change planet gear transmission structure, driven by wide field mag net DC motor or AC spindle motor.
5. Toolhead ram travel adopts ballscrew pair transmission; guide way adopts pump per pocket closed type hydrostatic guide way of constant flow.
6. Milling spindle is housed in toolhead; AC spindle motor drive; 2-shift gearbox speed change.
7. Machine adopts full closed enclosure protection; crossrail guide way adopts stainless steel protection cover.
