This product is a colorless clear liquid.
Indications:
It is mainly used for consciousness disturbance after acute craniocerebral trauma and brain surgery.
Usage and dosage:
Intravenous infusion: 0.25~0.5g per day; Dilute with 5% or 10% glucose injection and slowly drip, 5 to 10 days for a course of treatment.
Simple intravenous infusion: 0.1~0.2g each time.
Intramuscular injection: 0.1~0.3g a day, divided into 1~2 injections, animal experiments show that this product has mild muscle irritation, so try to avoid intramuscular injection.
Matters needing attention:
1. Use with caution in patients with severe acute craniocerebral injury accompanied by cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral edema and increased cranial pressure;
2. Patients with epilepsy and hypotension should be used with caution;
3. Intramuscular injection is generally not used, and the injection site is often changed when used.
The dosage is too large, can have nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, headache, insomnia, excitement, cramps and other symptoms, can be reduced, and symptomatic treatment.
