APPLICATION
The machine is suitable for processing materials such as different ferrous metal, non-ferrous metals, non-metal, etc.lt can carry out turning of inner/exterior cylinder surface, conical surface, end-face, rotary curved face, thread, inner and exterior groove as well as constant speed cutting. With certain attachment head adopted, the machine can also carry out milling, boring, drilling, tapping, counter boring, etc. The machine is mainly applied in large sized rotary part machining for industries such as metallurgy, mining, energy, power, ship-building, transportation, etc.
The main performance characteristics:

1. Table adopts high accuracy double row roller bearing in radial for centering; in axial pump per pocket hydrostatic guide way of constant flow s adopted for supporting.
2. Main drive adopts wide field magnet DC motor; 2-step mechanic gearbox speed change.
3. Milling and turning table can adopt double AC spindle motor drive; can realize high precision electric gap elimination. Toolhead moves on crossrail, load relief beam is adopted to reduce the ben ding of crossrail guide way and improve travel accuracy.
4. Toolhead ram travel adopts ballscrew pair transmission; guide way adopts pump per pocket closed type hydrostatic guide way of constant flow.
5. Milling spindle is housed in toolhead; AC spindle motor drive; 2-shift gearbox speed change.
6. X/Z can adopt optical scale for full closed loop inspection.
7. In table center of turning machine adopts encoder for constant speed cutting and thread turning. In table center of milling and turning machine adopts high precision radial grating for full closed loop inspection.
