1.The 45 ° inclined bed is adopted. The bed is cylindrical ribbed plate, resin sand casting, secondary aging treatment, strong bending and torsion resistance, high rigidity, and good stability of the whole machine.
2.Fully enclosed protection, smooth chip removal, and eliminate three leaks of the machine tool.
3.High-rigid headstock with radiating ribs is adopted, and a complete set of unit spindle is selected. The machine tool can achieve constant linear speed cutting. Taiwan or THK high-precision linear rolling guide rail is adopted for X and Z axis guide rail.
4.The ball screw is designed in the middle of the sliding plate and the carriage, with reasonable stress and good accuracy and accuracy retention.
5.High precision servo turret, hydraulic chuck and hydraulic tailstock cooperate with
high machining efficiency and stable working accuracy.
6.Main configuration of CNC system: KND2000TF, GSK988, FANUC, Siemens, others are selected by users.
