High-Performance Control Valve adopts a multi-stage cage or labyrinth structure, which completely controls the fluid flowing through the internal parts of the valve, so it can greatly reduce the noise generated by the high-pressure difference gas or steam. Effectively preventing cavitation in the liquid, it is a high-performance control valve with no cavitation damage, low noise, and stable fluid control.
High fluid velocities through the trim are a principal source of severe service Control Valve problems. The damaging effects of CAVITATION, EROSION, HIGH NOISE, and PIPE VIBRATION are typical signs that velocities are not being controlled. Velocity problems are eliminated in this type of control valve.

1. Can be used for high-pressure situations and is capable of situations with slurry polymer crystals and high-temperature fluid.
2. This valve is with advantages of a simple structure, and easy maintenance, which is a cost-effective control valve.
3. This series is limited to small valve sizes due to the unbalanced trim structure, and the maximum valve size should be within 2 Inches.

2. The fluid flow can be side-in and bottom-out in case of high pressure. So the flow would go through the cage first and then to the valve plug and seat to avoid direct eroding the sealing surface of the plug and seat, this helps to prolong the service life.
