Advantages of forged alloy wheels:
As is clearly seen from the graph, forged rims have very high material thickness. As a result, forged aluminum wheels achieve a significantly higher strength at low wall thickness, which in turn is demonstrated in lower weight of the end products as compared to cast rims. In addition to this, the surface condition is of higher quality than that of a "cast rim" as hardly any air of material inclusions occur.

A2:Generally,it will take 15 days for one-piece and 25 days for two-piece after receiving your advance payment.The specific
delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order
Q3: Can I take a sample first to check the product quality?
A3: Of course, we can provide sample for your order, for new moulds, you can choose 3D printed rims or forging rims before open mould, after receive your mould charge, we can express delivery one casting alloy wheel rim sample at our cost.
