1.Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For the goods in stock, No MOQ. While considering the high shipping cost to abroad, we recommend 500 square meters at least to start. For customized orders, quantity is based on the colors of pattern and yarn material (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66…etc.) requested.
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: We have advanced design team so that we can meet your request.
3.How do you control the quality ?
A:We have our own QC teams . We check every order before delivered .
4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes of course. Samples of our regular products are available by free, but the delivery cost is to be collected. As for samples of custom carpets, there will be sampling cost besides the shipping (see details on No.14-14 necessary details required of Custom Request before quotation.)
5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Yes of course. You had better send us your detailed request of the customized logo.
6.What is your payment terms ?
You can make the payment by L/C, Paypal ,T/T . And other payment terms is available, just contact us.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, for goods in stock,3-4 days after the payment after receiving 30% deposit. 15-30 days after payment for customized order. It depends on the quantity.
8. How do I know if you will delivery the goods after we pay you the deposit ?
We have trade assurance , you can make the order there .
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF price. You can choose delivery by air, vessel, or express. The port would be our local port -Jinzhou Port without request or other ports by request.
