Q1.Can we get some free samples before the order? How many days will samples be finished?
Yes, you can. Our free sample can be provided for our customers to test quality. But the freight for express is on buyer's account. Usually we will arrange them in 3~7 working days, finished product sample is acceptable.
Q2.Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles?
Sure we can, OEM or ODM is one of our service.Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.
Q3.What is the normal lead time?
If the products are stock ones,we can ship them out within 5-10 days after get the payment. If we have no stock in hand,normally the production lead-time is around 25 days, depending on the types of the products and also may take a little longer time if special custom design.
Q4.What is your shipping terms?
A. For small trial order, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc can be provided.
Q5: About Payment Terms?
A: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, ect.
