Pioneers since 2014, we specialize in manufacturing borosilicate 3.3 colored and clear glass tubing and rods using state-of-the-art Vello & Danner methods. Leveraging cutting-edge German equipment and technology, we boast an impressive annual capacity exceeding 150,000 metric tons, solidifying our leadership in this sector within China. Our relentless pursuit of process excellence results in glass tubing with impeccably precise dimensions.
Our capabilities extend to advanced redraw processes (secondary processing on tubing) which produce high-precision bore glass and quartz tubes. These are critical for optoelectronics, fiber optics telecommunication, medical fields, and more specialized applications.
In addition, we craft scientific laboratory glassware, durable glass tea and coffee sets, elegant glass water pipes, and nurturing glass baby feeding bottles, alongside our lamp glass shells and other exquisite glassblowing creations.
Division for borosilicate molded glassware
With our proficiency in controlling electrically melted glass furnaces, we inaugurated a new facility in 2014. This plant produces superior heat-resistant baking dishes, casseroles, and glass jars that are perfect for ovens, microwaves, freezers, and dishwashers.
Currently, we boast an annual production capability of around 5,000 metric tons.
Division for pharmaceutical glass packaging
Since 2014, we have ventured into the pharmaceutical glass packaging arena, creating neutral borosilicate pharmaceutical glass tubes USP TYPE I, along with a range of tubular glass vials, ampoules, cartridges, and prefillable syringes.
