RIGID PVC SHEET
PVC Sheet is a flat UV stabilized PVC sheet, which is easily formed and fabricated and is ideal for a wide variety of applications.
PVC Sheet for Clothes Collar Insert makes an excellent printing substrate for the advertising and signage industries and is suitable for digital or traditional printing.
It is ideal in high corrosive and fire resistant signage applications. With its high chemical resistance, Rigid PVC is highly suitable for industrial applications as well.
PVC Sheet is not only uniform thickness, transparent, bright and clean , but also has impact resistance, corrosion resistance, ageing resistance, resistance to ultraviolet, irradiating resistance, easy to shape, fast heat sealing, sealing performance features,which is the ideal material of all kinds of inside and outside the packaging of meditations and food.

Full name:Polyvinyl Chlorid
1.Density is about:1.38g/cm3
2.Its thickness is uniform,strong tensile, corrosion resistance, transparency.
3.It is flame retardant, moisture-proof, waterproof, insulation, good anti-fouling force.
4. PVC material is not environmental protection, but can pass the ROHS certification, SGS report, exported to Europe and the United States, Germany, and Japan.
B: PET material and Its properties
Full name:Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate
1.Density is about:1.35g/cm3
2.High strength:20% higher than the PVC film,low-temperature impact resistance is better than PVC film.It is not brittle around -40ºC,customers often use PET film (10% thinner) to instead of PVC film
3.Good resistance to fold:PET film has no crack crease(white folding line), more suitable for the file surface decoration.
4.HIgh transparency,and more glossy than PVC film.It is more suitable for exquisite packaging.
Package.
1. Common package: PE bag+ pallet Kraft paper and PE wrapping + protection corner.
2. Packaging size: 3'x6' or 4'x8' or according to customer's requirements.
3. Delivery time: 5-10 Days after the receipt of deposit.
4. Payment: 30% deposit and 70% T/T before shipment, or L/C at sight..
Delivery.
1. Samples Shipping: Via International Courier(DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT or Aramex etc...)
2. Bulk Orders Shipping: Via Sea or Air shipping.
