Working Principle
The up and down movement of the wiring conduit and the rotation movement of the wiring reel are carried out simultaneously according to specific rules. By changing the meshing number of the variable speed gears, three different motion patterns can be obtained, corresponding to the number of entangled petals in 2.6, 3.6, and 4.6, respectively. Start the main motor and wire feeding mechanism, adjust the wiring reel to the appropriate speed, extend the wiring reel in place, adjust the cylinder pressure, and feed the wire into the wire feeding mechanism through the inlet. The wire is then wound onto the wiring reel through the wire feeding mechanism conduit and wiring conduit. After the wire is wound, return the wiring reel to its position and use a cutting knife to cut off the winding blank. Due to the certain viscosity of the wire, under the pressure of the main cylinder of the wiring tray, the wire is bonded to each other during winding, and the blank can be well maintained.
