1. Introduction:
MS208 type low temperature shift catalyst is widely used in the carbon monoxide shift reaction in the hydrogen production, ammonia production and methanol synthesis process of coal, petroleum gas, natural gas, coke oven gas, acetylene tail gas and calcium carbide tail gas. It can reduce carbon monoxide by about 3% to less than 0.3%.
The reaction equation is as follows: CO+H2O=CO2 +H2 (reversible reaction) △H 0 298 =-41.1KJ/mol

5. Main performance and characteristics:
MS208 catalyst adopts a new production process, which increases the dispersibility of the active ingredient CuO, increases the surface area of the effective copper, and therefore has better activity.
The actual use of the user shows that the MS208 low-shift catalyst has the characteristics of high strength, not easy to pulverize, and long service life. The strength of the catalyst before reduction is generally above 200N/cm, and the strength basically does not decrease after reduction.
