Roller screen is currently the best screen sieving machine in the world. Its presence greatly improves the screening efficiency of coal and ore and also solves the problem of low sieving efficiency caused by the viscosity of materials. Roller screens work best in the coal and mining industries. It consists of a plurality of screen shafts rotating in the same direction each shaft having a certain gap to form a screen hole the material rotating in the same direction of the shaft to obtain forward power allowing particles smaller than the mesh to pass through the screen. The material particle size can be selected between 100mm and 1000mm and it can work with the crusher feeder and belt conveyor.

Feature

Installation requirements

According to the requirements of the process arrangement the fixed positions of the motor are divided into two types and the left and right mounting positions are determined by observing the flow direction of the raw materials as a reference.
Before installation please set the embedded parts according to the requirements of the equipment basic drawing and check the height of the embedded parts. The transport mode of the roller screen is transported by the whole machine. After the equipment is installed in place the gap between the base and the ground should be sealed with sealant to avoid powder leakage.
To prevent the roller screen from working properly due to the lack of consumables a sufficient amount of consumables such as screens and elastomeric pins should be stored at the workplace.
