Features
1)Coaxial base is the core of this machine, it designed the high speed axis and low speed axis is concentric, consist of outer hollow shaft and inner solid shaft,complex structure and highly machining accurate
2)The mixer is hydraulic lift, with hydraulic station and built-in hydraulic cylinder, need less than 15 liter oil only, and will not leak oil to dirty the factory.
3)High speed disc with inverter to get various speed, gate agitator with scrapper with gear reducer
4) The symmetrical gate blade rotates slowly along the inner surface of the tank to scrap off the material both on the inside wall and bottom. Middle paddle mixer with angle to make the material up side and down, at the same time the high speed disc rotate at a high speed to disperse and shear the product.
5) With clamp to fix the mixing tank during working.
