Coconut Milk Powder Production Line Plant Drying Dryer Machine
Coconut milk powder is a natural nutrient, which is made by drying coconut milk through a spray drying process. It is a fine white powder. Like milk powder, it can be reconstituted by heating water. Coconut milk powder dryer can also be used for drying of milk powder, egg powder, instant coffee powder and animal blood meal.
Working Principle
The air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer through the filter and heater, and the hot air enters the dryer evenly in a spiral shape. Coconut milk is pumped from the feed tank to the centrifugal atomizer of the dryer through the filter to spray coconut milk into tiny mist droplets. Coconut milk contacts with hot air in parallel, and the water evaporates rapidly and dries into powder finished products in a very short time. The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the waste gas is discharged by the fan.
Features
The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of coconut milk is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95% - 98% of water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only a few seconds. The products produced have good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity and good quality. The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient.
