Working Principle
The coconut sheller removes the hard coconut shell from the outer layer of the coconut after browning. This sheller is a semi-automatic equipment. The machine is mainly composed of circular cutter head, cemented carbide cutter head, wedge top cutter and reduction motor. When the machine is working, manually hold the palm coconut, align the germ mouth of the front section with the wedge-shaped top material knife, and press it down. At this time, the rotating stripping knife disc and the wedge-shaped top material knife form an extrusion stripping force on the coconut put in it, so as to peel the coconut shell away from the coconut meat smoothly.
