Bundy tube unit is a type of heat exchanger used for heating or cooling fluids. It consists of a set of parallel metal pipes connected through a header. The fluid flows through the pipeline and is heated or cooled inside the pipeline. This design enables the Bondi tube unit to have efficient heat exchange capacity and a smaller volume. They are widely used in fields such as air conditioning, cooling towers, heaters, steam generators, chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
Material: Low carbon content steel strip and low alloy steel strip with brand-name of SPCE, SPCD, St14, 08AL and so on of 0.002~0.08% carbon content.
Decoiling → shearing and butt welding → cleaning →accumulator → passively leveling → forming milling → high frequency welding(water cooling+nitrogen cooling) → remove burr outside welding seam→ cooling → sizing → winding up
