Dissolving Method
1. Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5 minutes, make it disperse, then let it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste, reserve for use.
Property
1. Provide fiber and textile excellent soft and smooth hand feeling.
2. Cotton and chemical fiber can get good soft and smooth feeling after finishing.
3. Can be used for lubricating yarn and make sanding, napping smoothly.
Application
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution), Temp.: 30~40ºC
Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30mins
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in cool and shady place.
2. 25kg in plastic woven bag.

Dissolving Method

2. Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5 minutes and heat up to 50~60ºC, then stir for 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool down and reserve for use.
