Plastic pallet boxes consist of 3 individual parts(lid+sleeve+pallet), lids and pallets are produced with thermoformed plastic sheets, the sleeves are made from multiwall plastic sheets or PP honeycomb panels. Such plastic pallet boxes offer a cost-effective and reusable solution for automotive parts shipping and a lot more versatile markets.
Our reusable pallet boxes are designed to enhance the circulating efficiency in the logistics loop, meanwhile reducing the costs and negative effects on the environment. The reusable pallet boxes are quite lightweight yet super durable, and easy to store and assemble.
The foldable large containers are composed of three parts, the lid, the sleeve pack, and the pallet, of which the lid and the pallet are made from twin-wall HDPE solid plastic sheets, and the sleeves are made from PP honeycomb panels, also known as bubble guard board.
