Colloid Mill Products is a fine-fluid material processing machinery. It combines a homogenizer, ball mill, three roll machine, shearing machines, mixers, and other machinery of a variety of performances, with excellent ultra grinding, emulsification, homogenization, mixing, and other effects. Materials through processing, the particle size of 2 to 50 microns, and more than 90% homogeneity is the ideal equipment for the processing of ultrafine particles.

The basic principle of the colloid mill is that the fluid or semi-fluid material passes between the fixed teeth and the movable teeth that move relatively at high speed, so that the material is subjected to large shear force, friction force, and high-frequency vibration, etc., and is effectively crushed and emulsified, homogeneous and warm, so as to obtain satisfactory finely processed products.
The machine has two specifications, vertical and horizontal. The host part is composed of shell, stator, rotor, adjustment mechanism, cooling mechanism, motor and so on. Its main parts are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and non-toxic. Customers can choose stainless steel colloid mills of different specifications and models according to different material characteristics, production efficiency, and different uses, so as to achieve good results.

Hard substances such as quartz sand, broken glass, and metal shavings are not allowed to be mixed in the processed materials, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the stainless steel colloid mill for processing and production.
Water or liquid materials must be left in the colloid mill before and after startup, shutdown, and startup cleaning, and idling and reverse rotation are prohibited.
Otherwise, improper operation will seriously damage the hard mechanical components or the static grinding disc, moving grinding disc, or leakage and burning of the motor and other faults.

(1)If the colloid mill is used to produce emulsified asphalt or high-viscosity materials, you can increase the electrical power appropriately.
(2)If the colloid mill is used to produce inflammable and explosive materials or solvent materials, the motor must be explosion-proof.
(3)If the colloid mill is used to produce materials with low fluidness or high viscosity, you may choose the large discharge port.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in plywood cases. If your goods have one container, the goods can be packed without plywood, just be wrapped with the film to load.

A: FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
