Color Master Batch Plastic Products Masterbatches

Each variety can be divided into different grades, such as:

1. Special injection masterbatch: used for cosmetic packaging boxes, toys, electrical shell and other good products.

2. Ordinary injection masterbatch: used for general daily plastic products, industrial containers, etc.

3. Special blow film masterbatch: used for blow molding coloring of ultra-thin products.

4. Ordinary blowing film color masterbatch: used for blowing coloring of general packaging bags and woven bags.

5. Spinning color masterbatch: used for spinning and coloring of textile fibers, with fine pigment particles, high concentration, strong coloring power, good heat resistance and light resistance.

6. Low color masterbatch: used to manufacture low grade products with low color quality requirements, such as garbage cans, low grade containers, etc.

7, special color masterbatch: according to the user specified for the plastic variety of products, the same plastic as the carrier made of color masterbatch. For example, PP masterbatch and ABS masterbatch respectively use PP and ABS as carriers.

8, universal master color: also use a resin (often low melting point PE) as a carrier, but it can be applied to the coloring of other resins in addition to its carrier resin. General master color is relatively simple and convenient, but there are many disadvantages, it is recommended that users choose special master color.

9, the heat resistance grade of the special masterbatch is generally suitable for the plastic used in the product, and can be used safely at normal temperature. Only in the following cases will cause varying degrees of discoloration, one is that the temperature is out of the normal range, one is that the downtime is too long.
