Product Description
Yuhong Decoration Diatom Ooze Colorful Mud DR-M101 is a dry powder exterior masonry mortar made of natural environmental inorganic gelled materials, fine aggregate, fine fillers and a variety of additives.
Scope of application:
Internal & Outer wall for decoration, especially used to outer wall insulation system.
Coverage: 3-5KG/M2
Fully dry time: Around 2 Hours (25 centigrade)
Feature:
1. Good permeability, hydrophobicity
2. None of VOC, environmental without pollution
3. Using natural inorganic pigment, good colour retention
4. Good flexibility, cover the tiny cracks from wall cracking effectively
5. Natural texture, visual downy, adjustable colors, can meet the different design requirements
Application:
1.Substrate Pretreatment
The substrate should be flat cement mortar or concrete level, without dust, coating, greasy dirt or hollowing or any other efflorescence. Using Yuhong Transparent primer DR-C100 for substrate treatment.
2. Under layer treatment
Ratio for Water to DR-M101=0.20:1 (Can be adjusted according to the site requirement.)
Adding powder of DR-M101 into water to form a evenly paint-like without particles, mixing time is around 5minutes using electric drill. Keep the mixture sill for 3minutes and then stir for 1 minute. Wiping the paint-like onto the substrate with trowel to make the thickness of 1.5mm to 2mm. Go on for next step after the first layer dry, the dry time is around 2 to 4 hours.
3 Top Layer pretreatment
Ratio for Water to DR-M101=0.18:1 (Can be adjusted according to the site requirement.)
Adding powder of DR-M101 into water to form a evenly paint-like without particles, mixing time is around 5minutes using electric drill. Keep the mixture sill for 3minutes and then stir for 1 minute. Wiping the paint-like onto the substrate with trowel to make the thickness of 2mm to 3mm. Texture treatment after wipping, the time difference is around 5-10 minutes.
4. Top coating application
After 24 hours of application using Yuhong Silicone Topcoat DR-C200 for finish layer treatment.
