100% Spun Polyestetr Sewing Thread
Description:
A 100% polyester staple spun thread twisted and finished for optimum sewing performance. Ideal thread for multiple applications where a traditional staple spun polyester is required. There are two kinds of quality: Ring twist quality and TFO(Two-For-One) twist quality.

Shirts, Blouses, Underwear, Children's wear, Denim/Jeans, Sweaters, Workwear, Dresses, etc.

1. Good seam strength, color fastness and abrasion resistance
2. Available in natural, white or colors from our own color card
3. Colors can be also dyed according to clients' color cards or color samples.
4. Put-ups and packages can be made according to clients' request specially.
5. Compared with Ring twist quality thread, TFO twist quality thread has advantages of few knots, better yarn evenness and much less yarn faults, which is recommended for high-speed sewing performance.
6. To reduce defective rate and return rate, increase production efficiency and product grade, TFO twist quality thread is the better choice for the lower whole cost.
7. For applications where higher strength is required, poly/poly core-spun thread is recommended.
