Combined Busbar Processing Machine Busbar Bender Bar Cutting Punching Machine

This series of busbar processing machines have three processing units: punching, shearing/cutting, and bending.  And is mainly used for processing copper and aluminum busbar in different specifications.  The machine uses a single-phase 220V ordinary power supply, which can be used on any occasion, such as on-site construction of large workshops and transmission and distribution work, and electrical manufacturing plants such as power distribution cabinets and switch cabinets.  The machine has four wheels, convenient to move, flexible and efficient, small in size and powerful in function, and has the high production capacity and high work efficiency.  Low noise and harmless, beautiful finished products and no pollution to the working environment.

Cutting

1. Turn on the power, rotate the start key, the green power indicator lights on.
2. Turn on the function switch handle to the cut position.
3. Put in the copper busbar, rotate the retaining bolt for positioning.
4. Step on the footswitch, and process cutting.
5. Take out the copper busbar, the incision interface is flat, no droop and waste.

Punching

1. Turn on the function switch handle to the punch position.
2. Adjust the block gauge to accurately position the copper bars.
3. Rotate the punching dies to the right sizes, and punch.
4. Take out the copper busbar, complete punching and accurate positioning.

Bending

1. Turn on the function switch handle to the bend position.
2. Adjust the block gauge to positionthe busbar accurately.
3. Step on the foot switch, and process bending.
4. Take out the copper busbar, even bending force, angle in high precision.
