1.- Bread Tray Washing Machine
The equipment is composed of reducer, water pump, cylinder, bracket, roller, spray pipe, hopper, cover, water tank, valve, drive shaft, motor frame, electric control switch and other components.
The principle of the basket washing machine:
The washing machine works with three phase asynchronous motor, when the trays/crates are put on the guide rail, the high pressure sprinkler in the water tank sprays the cleaning fluid, to remove the impurities in the trays/crates, then the impurities fall into the water tank together with the cleaning liquid.
The temperature of high-pressure spray water is normally 60ºC.
