1.How can I make an order?
To make a purchase is quite easy. Just send us an inquiry here or send emails to us. Our sales rep. will get in touch with you to confirm the order details. Once the order details are all confirmed, you will receive a Proforma Invioce stating the technical details, shipping method, payment info etc. The order will proceed to be in production upon receiving the deposit from your side.
We provide 1 year warranty service for our equipments. Besides 7 x 12 hrs online or onsite techinical support is available depending on what the techinical problem is.
3.What is your production time?
It really depends the order size. However the production time usually takes no more than 14 work days.
We are a qualified manufacturer in this field for over 10 years, and we have two factories in China Mainland. We are always welcoming the clients to inspect factories. In addition, an online factory inspection is feasible at any time due to the pandemic.
