A.Equipment  introduction:

1. The automatic control of oil temperature which can be set from 0-220ºC during the whole operation applies to frying the foods with various process requirements.

2. The filling valve is installed in the oil layer at bottom and the water can be added at any time without affecting the frying process. The equipment is also equipped with the check valve which can solve the problem that oil flows back to the water pipe in case of water supply is cut off.

3. The foods produced by the technology of this frying equipment have a better degree of finish with bright color. The quality and grade of food products are greatly improved and the problems that the acidification of fried foods exceeds the standard

4.Processing technique of  potato strips and chips production line

cleaning and peeling potatoes - -picking-cutting- rinsing - blanching - vibration draining - deep frying - deoiling (air drying and lifting) - spices mixing - weighing and packing-quick frozen-cold storage.

B.Main components and details:

1.Potato Washing and Peeling machine:
Function :it can automaticly wash and peethe  potato.
Features: spiral discharging, continuous production, Wear-resisting nylon rollers, durable, stronger stainless steel frame structure.
the peeling machine of Lijie Brand mainly consists of the motor, transmission and 9 brush rollers.

2.Blanching machine:

Function: in 80-92 ° C hot water , remove the  starch of chips, blanching can protect color.
Features:1.With integral lifting function, easy to clean and maintain equipment
2.Adopts steam heating, with the function of the overall ascension, facilitate cleaning, maintenance, easy to clean.
3.Blanching time is about 5-7 minutes.
4.Heating method: steam ,electricity,gas, or diesel oil .

 

3.Continuous fryer:

Function :It can fry potato chips and fries ,potato strips continuously,
Features : 1.made of food grade SUS304,and 0-220 ºC temperature adjustable, frying time frequency control of motor speed.
2. The advanced mechanical transmission and variable-frequency speed control system make it possible that this equipment applies to frying various foods .
3. The double-layer mesh belt can avoid the product floating which makes the food be fried more evenly.
4. The mesh belt can be automatically lifted for washing which greatly improves the work efficiency and reduce the labor intensity. It is also clean and healthy.
5. chips are Fried for 4.5 minutes.
