2)HBD-600 high speed automatic hot sealing and cutting bag making machine
A. Introduction
This machine can do PE,PVC and so on plastic materail , increases the production efficiency, saves cost, improves the economic benefits. The machine adopts photoelectric tracer, and stepping motor is used for material dragging, pneumatic control is used for punching. Making bags with high accuracy and low mechanical running noise.
B. Main feature and performance
1.Bag variety: white bag, color bag, colored picture bag, parallel bag, vest bag.
2.The seal searing-iron adopts automatically constant temperature control, set the suitable temperature according to the film thickness and its characteristic to ensure the fastness of bags;
3.The color mark tracer adopts the advanced micro-computer control and stepper motor control, control the length accurately;
4.Main motor adopts frequency conversion motor to improve the speed. Material unwinding adopts the DC serve motor and photoelectric control to make the material unwinding automatic;
5.Making bags automatically from film coiling raw material, automatic material unwinding, seal, cut-off, counting to stacking.
