Application
FLOORING COLOURS
Use of coloured flooring and mosaic flooring is prevalent in several parts of China. In fact mosaic flooring is coming back in fashion these days and skilled masons for the job are hard to find.
The most used colours for cement/mosaic flooring are Red, Yellow and Black. Synthetic Red & Yellow Iron Oxides are used most for the purpose as they are inorganic and hence do not fade due to weather and UV rays. They are the most stable colours and hence used both in exteriors and interiors.
Superiority:Usage:
1) Used in many types of paints, including anti-rust paint, water-soluble indoor/outdoor paints and oil-based paints.
2) Used for dyeing construction materials, such as mosaic bricks, for concrete bricks, pavement, colorful tiles, roofing tiles and man-made marble. Colors for ceramic body.
3) Used in paper industry, esp. rice paper.
4) Used for surface coloration of plastic epoxy floor, color for pitch.
5) Used as a more fade-resistant dye for plastics.
