Fabric Pleating Machine is special for fabric pleating and mostly used for making skirt and school uniform.
This machine is a professional garment equipment and mainly applied to automatic pleating and heat setting of various kinds of mixed man-made fiber. It is capable of various flower patterns. The pleated patterns include knife pleat, wave pleat, the combination of box pleat, bamboo leaf pleat, the combination of bamboo leaf pleat and knife pleat; and pleats which are subject to arbitrary combination and changes. With the changes of the die cutting, varieties of patterns can be made. The processed fabric is applicable in various designs of fashions, boutique clothing, and professional suit. It can also be used in home textile industry. Because of its wide application and quality assurances, this product is popular and favored by clients at home and abroad.

1) Multi-function fabric pleating machine (model: ZJ-217) utilizes high heat and different blades/knives to make various pleat combinations(such as straight patterns, wave patterns, bamboo leaf patterns) of chemical fabrics, blend fabrics, paper, leather, etc.
2) The pleated fabrics can be used for blouses, shirts, jacket's cuffs and collar, school uniforms, antimacassars, bedclothes, ribbon, curtains, carves, and products made out of leather.
3) Customized working width of machines can be manufactured as per requirements, but the standard working width of this machine is 1600mm.
