For quilting all kinds of comforter, bedding covers with high speed and high accuracy.
Characteristics:
1. Main shaft driving by accurate spline, and sewing head driving by linear guide, to guarantee accurate and low noisy quilting.
2. Using industrial control system with USB port, main shaft by inverter, X axis and Y axis by stepping driver.
3. Easy to copy and delete, to view and rotate patterns, to read patterns in different format. With 300 patterns for choice, and easy to make new patterns by pattern software in computer.
4. By setting limit and edge space, automatically scales the pattern size
5. For both continuous and jump patterns; Either forward or backward quilting; Overlap stitch length adjustable.
6. Single head, single needle, double line locked stitch, big rotary shuttle.
7. With thread breaking detection (machine stops at needle high position while thread broken) and pattern tracing function (easy to find the start point for quilting).
8. Testing system function: To fast detect machine working status, finding and solving any errors come across to the machine.
