Automatic Air Covering Spandex Yarn Machine
1. The machine use brushless DC motor, each spindle run separately with energy saving.
2. Machine has slow soft starting function, it allow the workers to connect break yarns without the machine stop, push the button once time, the machine just back to normal high speed running.
3. With stroke modification system, the user can set the demand parameters for the edge-breaking when take up winding, good edge-breaking taking up can make the yarn rewind out from bobbin easier at next process.
4. With yarn sensors, when yarn break, the spindle will auto stop to avoid making the waste yarns.
5. With length counting function.
6. With oil yarn system, it can make the machine oil the yarns directly when producing.
7. With overfeeding rollers, it can make the yarns with steady tension when producing covering yarns.
8. With tower type driving of spandex roller, it's conveniently to adjust the spandex draft times.
9. The workers can check the machine working status from the LED master controller directly, needn't always walk along the machine.
