Concrete modular house is also called precast concrete house,belonging to concrete assembly building.It is a new type of

construction method with good energy saving and low construction cost.

 

It adopts reinforced concrete structure, which is prefabricated into unit modules in the factory through special equipment, and then directly transported to the site for assembly. The level of prefabrication is high, the size is accurate, the construction speed is fast, and 500 square meters can be built in one day, which greatly increases the construction speed

 

Compared with traditional brick and concrete houses, the main advantages of concrete modular houses are low construction cost,good earthquake resistance, long service life, fast construction speed, labor saving , long lifetime, no leaving construction rubbish, and can be removed when demolition. 

 

What are the production process for making concrete module after I get these machines?

In short, there are five processes.

1. Production of concrete equipment: concrete mixers, batching machines, storage tanks, loaders. 

2. Prepare and cover the reinforcement grid: prepare the reinforcement grid and cover it on the inner box of the molding machine. 

3. Adjust the molding machine and use the gantry to lift the hopper to fill the concrete into the machine. 

4. After the filling is completed, cover the entire molding machine with a cover and turn on the accelerated coagulation machine to accelerate the solidification of the concrete inside the cover. 

5. 2-3 hours later, the house is formed, open the side panel of the molding achine, adjust the inner box to shrink away from the inner wall of the house, and then use the gantry crane to hang the house from the molding machine and store it.

How big land I need to get for build a factory?

The land size should be 80m*40m at least.

Does the concrete module can be customized to be any size?

No, at present, the general sizes of one concrete module are:

Width*length: 3*6m, 3.3*6m, 3.3*6.3m, 3.3*6.6m, 3.5*7m, 3.6*6m, 3.6*6.6m, 3.6*7.2m.

Height: 2.8m, 3m, 3.2m.
Length of eaves: 0-1.5m.
