The elbow structure:
The material of inner layer is high chromium alloy, HRC up to 67. It is a kind of anti-wear material with excellent performance; It has much higher wear resistance than alloy steel and much higher toughness and strength than ordinary white cast iron. At the same time, it also has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. This inner layer ensures the good service life of the elbow, about 60,000 ~ 80,000 CBM (depending on the characteristic of the concrete).
