The sophisticated process and honing techniques are pivotal in crafting high-quality concrete cylinders. The honing quality prior to electroplating is crucial, as it directly influences the final electroplating quality. Our meticulous honing ensures the inner hole roundness is tightly controlled within 0.03mm, achieving an impressive roughness of R0.01. This results in the inner hole attaining a mirror-like finish. By incorporating the state-of-the-art Hc3mS chrome plating technology from Anmet, we guarantee a uniform and reliable coating within 0.01 thickness.
We utilize a superior paint process that includes an anti-rust primer followed by a topcoat, achieving a robust paint film thickness of 80um ± 10. The adhesion strength of our paint meets the stringent GB/T1720 standard level II, ensuring long-lasting protection and durability.
