Concrete Washout Sponge Rubber Balls for Concrete Pump Pipe Cleaning
Pump pipe sponge cleaning balls is the natural rubber production , suitable for large diameter concrete pump pipe cleaning, such as cleaning ball of the concrete pump, pump truck cleaning ball, pump tube cleaning ball, all kinds of concrete pipe cleaning ball
After pumping the concrete mortar,pump car should immediately clean the concrete in the pipeline hopper,mainly divided into two types of washing:water washing and gas washing.Whether it is washing or gas washing,must clean the valve box and hopper.
When water washing,plunge into a cylindrical cement bag with the cleaning ball,Installed in a clean cone tube successively,connecting tube, pipe, close the discharge gate, and then to the hopper is filled with water (water must be kept constant).Pumping water until the cleaning ball comes out of the front end of the conveying pipe.
Gas washing, compressed air blowing,is to soak the water to clean the ball,foist into the gas washing joints,then connect the first straight pipes connected with the reducing tube,and at the end of the pipe to connect the safety cover,the orifice safety cover to face down.Control the pressure of compressed air is not more than 0.8MPa, the valve should be slow to open, atmos-valve can be opened when the concrete can flow out smoothly.Gas washing is completed, the valve should be closed immediately.
