1. Wash, dry and style your hair. Don't use any hair spray before.
2. Bottle down 45 degree and liberally shake Fully 2nd generation keratin hair fibers   on the thinning areas until it's completely covered. 
3. Gently pat your hair to disperse the keratin hair fibers  to let them attached to the existing hair.
