BIH-1KW Automatic Cone Style Bearing Induction Heater
Bearing Heater is the essential equipment for getting a precise fit, mainly for engineering solution on bearings, sleeves, gears, couplings, bushings, diameter and shrink rings, pulleys, connectors, etc, assembling precisely in the industrial area of wind energy, power generation, oil exploitation, textile industry, air compressor, AC/DC motor and so on.
Now there are two main kinds of Bearing Heater:
Traditional Transformer Type and New Induction Heating Type.
The Cone Style Induction Bearing Heater use magnetic induction to heat workpiece,but do not magnetize them.
It is more easier to use, more faster and safer than fire ovens, oil baths, blow torches, and other traditional bearing heating and assembling way.
Stepped aluminum and plastic cone fixture holds and induction heat the bearings, sprockets, bushings for fitting into shafts precisely.
