Name : Vacuum Mixer Cooker
Function : cooking the syrup which transfer from the melting tank, and vacuum mix the finished cooker material , mix with nuts finally.
Features :
The frame and side panel is stainless steel, The roller is cooling by chiller water and driven by direct line motor. The hopper is made of Teflon to prevent sugar stick. Each roller has oil and scrap blade. The product is agitated by spiral to get the homogenous product.
