Constant Pressure Water Supply Variable Frequency Cabinet
The variable frequency cabinet for constant pressure water supply is a relatively advanced water supply method at present. It forms a complete water supply system with multiple pumps working automatically under the control of a microcomputer (CPU). It can realize intelligent presetting, self-adjustment and automatic switching all day long.
This system can be randomly selected according to users' needs. Its ability to control the number of pumps can cover multiple units, which can meet the needs of various occasions such as domestic water supply systems, domestic fire-fighting water supply systems, water supply for factories and mines, and waterworks.
1)With a dual-CPU structure, it has powerful control functions, fast response and high precision.
2)Adopting the principle of fuzzy control, there is no need to adjust the control parameters during automatic optimization.
3)For pumps with a power below 11KW, it can achieve automatic control of 4 pumps with cyclic soft start and 1 small auxiliary pump for night use.
4)It can control 4 water pumps with a power below 7.5KW for automatic switching, cyclic operation and automatic control of 1 small auxiliary pump for night use.
5)There is a programmable pressure running time chart, with up to 8 periods of timed high and low pressure water supply and on-off functions every day.
6)It has the functions of automatic sleep and automatic wake-up.
